How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of purchase. Delivery times depend on location:
- Spain and Europe: Between 1 and 3 business days .
- International: Between 3 and 7 business days , depending on the destination and the courier company.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to track your order.
How do I make an exchange or return?
If you need to make an exchange or return, follow these steps:
- Make sure the product is in perfect condition , unused and in its original box.
- Contact us within the first 14 calendar days from when you received your order.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to make the return or exchange.
