OBJECT AND BASIC CONCEPTS

Through this Website, SNEEPCREW provides information about its products and offers the possibility to purchase. Due to its content and objective, users who may want to enjoy its service should be define as “client”, which you acquire by signing up and filling the form, following the steps that SNEEPCREW states via email. To be a “CLIENT” means to accept the conditions of use of the Website updated version.

In any case, there are pages of the Website apt to people or legal entities who do not get to register nor make a purchase (from now on, “users”). On this matter, the users who access this Website accept the terms and conditions set on this general conditions, to the extent applicable to them.

SNEEPCREW wants to inform its clients and users that it is referred to adults and the distribution of orders is worldwide.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT

The description of products shown in the Website is based on the information provided by SNEEPCREW suppliers. However, the information about every single product, as well as pictures and videos related and commercial names, symbols and content in the website are illustrative, so they can have some differences or mistakes in comparison with the actual product.

PRICES

All prices shown will always include VAT. Prices will not include though shipping costs, specified separately and will be accepted by the customer. Customer will take care of taxes or several expenses according to different countries or areas.
The company reserves the right to change prices without advance warning.

AVAILABILITY

SNEEPCREW informs to the client that the stock available is updated with warehouse stock. However, sometimes, and because of hard to control causes by SNEEPCREW such as human mistakes, IT errors or orders issues… it is possible the order isn’t available after having made the order, in which case SNEEPCREW will contact the client in order to inform and find a solution.

PAYMENT

In addition to the price shown in the website for every single product offered, the delivery expenses will be added correspondingly. In any case, those fees will always be well informed in advance before to finish the purchase.
Payment method will be credit card, PayPal or bank transfer; except those clients who have previously discussed a different way method, in which case it will be done as agreed. If bank transfer, the order will be sent once SNEEPCREW receives the payment. SNEEPCREW reserves the right to ask for as much info as necessary to set the payment method.

SECURITY

SNEEPCREW will make sure to deal with data in a confidential way and with the only purpose to manage and formalise the reserve of goods ordered by the user and carry out the order; including commercial promotion. Assuming that the order formalisation, as the acceptance of the General Conditions for the order (check Legal Advice), imply the consent to accomplish the data treatment. The contracting of the services offered by SNEEPCREW on this page is made on a secure environment through an encryption system SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) implementation which guarantees the protection of Internet communications. The Customer/User can verify that they are in a safe operating environment by observing the closed padlock at the bottom of the screen.

User commits to make lawful and appropriate use of this Website as well as the services provided by the company in accordance with this Legal Advice and not to conduct activities contrary to the laws, moral, public order and in general to make a proper use of the aforementioned conditions.

SNEEPCREW reserves the right (in case it carries out to an activity against the law) to cancel the orders of any User or to deny access to the Website without informing the User and to exercise the legal actions it deems opportune.

The same way, SNEEPCREW guarantees that the server where personal data is stored and processed, has the necessary technical and organisational security measures to avoid, as far as possible, the alteration, loss and/ or unauthorised access to the aforementioned personal data.

ORDER FORMALISATION

Once the order is formalised, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of sale and the confirmation of the purchase process, SNEEPCREW will always send an email confirming the details of the purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

SNEEPCREW will accept order cancellations and/ or modifications when requested before shipment. To do so, an e-mail must be sent to INFO@SNEEPCREW.COM

Nevertheless, SNEEPCREW does not guarantee that it will be able to carry out such changes in case the order is already in the last preparation phase. So, it is requested that any cancellation or modification is communicated as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TERM, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSS

Product delivery

SNEEPCREW commits to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address given by the Client in the registration form or another given in the order. In case another address is given in the order, this must be within the Territory. SNEEPCREW will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

Delivery term

Delivery will take place through a shipping company. Your order will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 working days from when the order and the payment are confirmed.

These terms are just an estimate. Therefore, it is possible they vary due to logistical issues or force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, SNEEPCREW will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Deliveries will be completed from the moment the shipping company delivers the product to the Client. The shipping company will confirm this using their own control system.

In the case of delays in deliveries imputable to SNEEPCREW, the Client may cancel their order according to the procedure described in Section «11. Return”.

It will not be a delay in the delivery when the shipping company delivers the product within the delivery term and could not be completed for reasons attributable to the Client. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during purchase process.

For security reasons, SNEEPCREW will not send any order to a Post Office Box nor a Military Base. It will not accept either any order when it is not possible to identify the addressee and the address of the order.

Delivery Data, Deliveries not completed and Loss

If at the time of delivery, the Client is absent, the shipping company will leave a supporting document indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. SNEEPCREW contracts, as part of the delivery service, a shipment tracking to guarantee that the delivery occurs.

In case the delivery has not been arranged after 7 working days from the delivery of the order, the Client must contact SNEEPCREW. In the event that the Client does not proceed in this way, the package will return to warehouse after 10 working days from the order delivery and the Client will be responsible for the shipping return costs of the goods, as well as possible management fees.

If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, the shipping company will initiate an investigation. In these situations, the response time of the shipping companies usually vary between one and three weeks.

Delivery Procedure

The Client must check the good condition of the package in front of the shipper that on behalf of SNEEPCREW, delivers the requested product, indicating in the delivery note any problem that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the Client detects any incident such as breakage, indications of unauthorised opening or any damage caused by the shipment, the Client commits to notify SNEEPCREW via email as soon as possible, within 24 hours after the delivery. From that moment on, this type of incidents will not be assisted (only parts under warranty).

RETURNS

Return procedure

All products purchased at SNEEPCREW may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the Client communicates to SNEEPCREW the return of the product(s) within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from delivery date. To make possible the return the rest of the conditions presented in this section must occur.

SNEEPCREW will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same conditions as it was when delivered and it must keep its original packaging and labelling.

The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the same box, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the SNEEPCREW warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.

A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also indicated. With the objective of facilitating the return process to the Client and making possible the correct monitoring, this return procedure is the only valid procedure. If the reason for the return is attributable to SNEEPCREW (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If there is another reason (the products were served correctly but they are not to your liking), the cost of the return costs will be paid by the Client.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be done:

Once the request has been checked, SNEEPCREW will indicate the shipping company in case the return is attributable to SNEEPCREW. SNEEPCREW will accept order cancellations and/or modifications when requested before shipment. Requests can be done through email and WhatsApp. However, SNEEPCREW does not guarantee to carry out modifications if the order is already in its last preparation phase, therefore requests must be communicated as soon as possible.

The Client will not be able to return a product on their own without having previously informed SNEEPCREW.

Refunds to the CUSTOMER

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products less the cost of the return service. Only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect, SNEEPCREW will also reimburse the Client the shipping costs.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds.
SNEEPCREW will manage the return order, preferably using the same system that was used for payment within a period of 5 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned product. The refund in the Client’s account will depend on the issuing bank.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are free of charge in Spain (Peninsula). Only the first exchange is free. For the rest of the areas outside Spain (Peninsula) the shipping of the product to be returned and the shipping of the new one will be charged to the customer.

WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

SNEEPCREW works as a distributor of manufacturers who guarantee that the products for sale are in good conditions and do not present defects, or hidden defects that may make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. The warranty will lose validity in the event of defects or deteriorations caused by external factors, accidents, product wear and use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
