Zool MX "Red Xocoyul Corn"

Designed by Mauro Garfias, the Zool MX is a new silhouette that takes Sneep Crew's visual DNA and transforms it into a perfect base for developing colorways with strong conceptual meaning. As part of the NEMI project, this collaboration with Pleser Lab draws on an unconventional inspiration, linked to "Moctezuma's Revenge" and the consumption of unnixtamalized corn, giving life to "Maíz Rojo Xocoyul," an intense proposal in both concept and execution.

The sneaker features a black Vibram sole with white, blue, and pink speckles, providing a powerful and distinctive base. The upper combines burgundy mesh, red suede, and pink velvet, creating a material mix with a lot of personality. Inside, the quilted finish adds visual richness, while the Pleser Lab name in pink velvet reinforces the collaborative nature of this edition.

"Maíz Rojo Xocoyul" takes the Zool MX to a riskier territory, where the mix of textures, chromatic contrast, and the strength of the concept make this pair a piece with its own identity within NEMI.
